    Yup. Will still need a medium to use it but I couldn't be happier after getting used to it. I have SlingTV, Netflix, and Hulu (sister in laws account). If I need local channels I can get them in HD for free via HD antenna.

    That's what we do and I use MIL's cable login where required, like watch Espn and fox sports.

    When you use your allotted data they sloooow you down. But check what service and plans are in your area. And ours was only like 12mbps.
