    DUDE! Same thing here!
    When the Zyrtec quit being effective after going OTC (and I swear it did), I stopped taking it and about a month later I was fine. My eyes itch and dry out at times, but I'm not as bad after quitting the allergy meds.

    Hydration is a key player when it comes to allergies.
    Knowing what types of pollens affect you is also key.

    For instance, I just ordered some honey from Texas, because the bees get the pollen from the cedar trees, and make the honey.
    Cedar trees KILL me. So, I will start taking a spoon full of honey in the morning, and get my body used to it...which helps immensely.

    Stay hydrated so my mucus doesn't get too thick, and I wont even have any issues. I also do a head/face/neck massage routine which helps move drainage out of my head.
