Question on Blistein 5100 rear shocks....dust covers sit slanted is this normal?

    hi i had a question on Blistein 5100 rear shocks dust covers sitting slanted after the install on my 2005 tacoma. I installed them correctly but after i was done the dust cover are all slanted, is this normal? i attached some pics

    Normal. It straightens out and compresses even more when your suspension cycles.

    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    Completely normal, the zip tie that holds the boot on isn't that tight.... Just pull the bottom of the boot down a bit if it bothers you

    Mine are slanted but nowhere near that much, must be different for 2nd gens I guess but I don't see why it would hurt anything.

    Just pull the boots down on the bottom too straighten them,its that easy.
