New here and shopping for my first Tacoma. Looking at a 2017 TRD Sport. Looking at a white one. Has anyone here worked with the dealer on changing the fender flares and lower front bumper pieces out to black or should I just do it myself as I will do with the grill that is waaay to chrome.

I am sure several guys on here would want to trade fender flares with you as some like the painted ones. Also look at getting a Pro Grille in place of the ugly stock one.

Modded it so much it turned into a 4Runner
I don't think the dealership is equipped to do gender changes.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Seriously though, just go with a TRD OR. The cost for them to change the flares and bottom lip will exceed the cost difference in just getting the OR.

Sport and OffRoad are priced the same unless you're choosing a Sport config not available in OffRoad trim.

@Spearfish76 above advice is good, the OR has some goodies the Sport doesn't, despite identical pricing. If you're really in love with the hood skewp there's a thread somewhere for folks meeting up and swapping hoods. Some like it some hate it.
