Last week my 99 Tacoma just started squeaking from the front driver side. I've attempted to spray lube until it quieted down to find the culprit with no luck. before I start replacing everything, maybe you guys can help

it squeaks while getting into the vehicle or applying downward pressure on the bumper so that makes me think its a shock/strut or mount.

it also squeaks anytime I turn the wheel left or right.

Can anyone get me heading in the right direction?

Probably the shock and/or spring if you're still on the originals.

Possibly the sway bar bushings? Try squirting a bit of silicone lube in them. If that doesn't work, then try squirting the lube (very carefully and sparingly) into where the suspension spring touches the upper and lower mounts.

My sway bar bushings made popping sounds, went away on it's own though. But yeah that could be another possibility, though the fact that it squeaks from the area of the shocks when he pushes down on the bumper makes me think it's either the spring or the shock itself.
