Tonneau covers and bicycles

Does anyone make one of those fancy folding tonneau covers that somehow allow access to bike mounts in the front of the bed? I saw one brand that folds up and leans against the cab rear window. Blocks vision but seems to open up access to the bike mounts area. Can this cover stay like that in motion? Also, another way to go would be a tonneau that is easily removable with some sort of quick releases for getting it off. Is there anything like this in the market?

 

A tonneau cover that folds all the way forward and up against the cab (BAK or Under Cover for example) can be used in that position while the vehicle is in motion. You do lose sight of the bed because it blocks the whole window.
I'd check with whatever brand you choose to make 100% sure as some brands may vary.
