I've tried looking around and finding out on the forum but can't find it, so if someone can educate me that would be awesome.

I have a 16 Tacoma and wanting to do a lift so I can get a bumper, the bumper I am wanting is CBI T3 bumper which is 118 pounds, + the winch so around 200 pounds.

This is the lift I like and I'm the right price range

Get the heavier (700 lb) front springs as well. The springs that come standard with the kit will sag under the extra 200 lb.

You can usually order the kit with the heavier spring, but you may have to talk to toytec directly to do so.

Definitely give us a call we can, the 650 holds up well but for that amount of weight on the front i would recommend a 700lb coil which we can get.

    Messaged @PS78

Do I need the remote reservoir? What would be the difference WITH and without that

Remote res is for better off road performance. Shocks get hot bouncing around... the extra fluid and heavier duty parts (rods) helps out over the long haul wheeling... plus if they are painted or chrome you get extra bro wit dat.

Not a huge deal on the reservoirs. Most people use them, and i DO have the reservoirs in stock.

Since you guys are being helpful, what is this lift like compared to the icon. I won't be off-roading but a handful times a year, but as far as the weight what's the thoughts on this

And do I need the bump stop spacer?

    Get Kings instead of ICON.
Source: am running ICONs, regret it big time. Have read the same thing many times.

It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
depending on how your bumper mounts, you may have interference with the reservoir mount that ICON gives you. they will not modify or make you a different bracket so you are on your own, and the reservoir must be in a very specific space.

Progressive add a leaf actually uses 3 leafs instead of the Toytec single add a leaf. The progressive leaf will be a smoother ride overall but may not give as much lift.
King and Icon are very good as well, we can get them in custom length too.

Would the boss coilovers hold the weight of the bumper?

It would be about the same, in my opinion the Boss 2.5 would hold it a bit better yes but it is still a heavy truck and the 700lb coil from ICON would be best for less preload.
