    Hi,

I was just wondering if changing the coolant in a 2012 Tacoma V6 is as simple as draining the old and filling with new? I also wanted to make sure it holds 2 gallons worth of coolant (I read this online). From what I seen I need to remove bottom metal plate under front chassis to better expose the bottom valve of radiator. Just looking to save some money and would appreciate any tips. Id like to save the more harder maintenance repairs for the Toyota mechanics..lol. Thanks again guys

Yes, drain radiator then open both drain valves on either side of the engine.

Do a search and you will find pictures and opinions.
