    I'm a few months out but I am going to need a bit of stuff...

    I'm not in the space yet but once I am I'll no better for how much room I will have and how I want to organize it but at a minimum I'm going to need a rack of some sort, a few bars, a fair amount of (plate) weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, possibly a deadlift platform, and various other equipment...

    I can definitely help! I'm not sure what you are projecting for usage, but for nice quality commercial grade products I'm a big fan of Intek for the weights and such. Good quality and warranty. Troy is also a decent product and will be a little cheaper. Cap is too low end to justify for a real gym in my opinion.

    I love lifting, I'm up 20lbs from that comp. Right now focusing on putting more lean mass on,which is extremely difficult for a natty competitor.

    The guy next to me is Bob Bell, one hell of a guy and a big proponent of drug free competition.

    Are you guys using squat shoes when foing deads? I'm thinking about getting a pair and focusing on skwats. I was reading comments on squats shoes and it means you forward and makes the deadlift awkward.
