I still want to do the Bussman RTMR system on the truck, just have some other stuff that came up first... however, I may look at that again and get that pretty soon rather than later with all the electric shit I want to do.

I need to wire in a always on dual USB port in on the inside and a 12V outlet that is always on in the rear to be able to power the Luminoodle and also charge stuff when at camp.

Which reminds me... I need to get the National Luna Battery Monitor...

I would just run a power wire to the rear, throw a switch on the ground wire and install the USB and 12v in the bed cubby

    Wait... what?

I am going to run a power wire to it, but as far as ground, may ground it to rear tail light ground unless it is not an always on ground.

It is only going to power LED stuff, so doubt I should have much issue.

Dude, just find a metal bolt that attaches to something metal on your truck and that is your ground. Put the switch on the ground cable, and when you want to use the 12v plug, flip the switch...

    That makes more sense ha.

I have a few spare switches laying around that would work well for that use, did not even think of the switch idea to be able to turn that outlet on and off when needed.

That looks super clean! and it looks like it would fit in the storage box in the back.

I want to get a 110 outlet in the back to charge power tool batteries and such on the trails, and a tv and ps4 for tailgating!

Not sure how big of an inverter i need to get though

You don't have the power outlet built into the back?

Yea, it would work perfect... I may run the wiring for what I have and then get this thing later and swap it out. Would much rather have both options for back there! Would be sweet to be able to charge phone and run luminoodle and such all at once while at camp.

Yeah man that will be easy! What i did is i ran a good thick gauge wire to the rear of the truck, i am going to use that for a power source for my LED backup lights and other low V power accessories.
