    Is it possible to reprogram the factory security system /fob to lock the doors automatically shortly after all of the doors are closed?

    Welcome. The answer is no. You might want to look at an aftermarket alarm with the capabilities you want.

    Thats a good way to get your keys locked in the truck. I wouldnt do it. It takes 1/2 calorie to push the button yourself.

    A lot of people would absolutely love it if that was all it took to burn a half calorie. The reality, however, is that it takes about 1/2 calorie to remove a wheel using a manual wheel wrench.
