    Interested in purchasing a 2006 tacoma and was wondering if Toyota will only replace the recalled frames for the first owner of the truck or will they replace it regardless?

    Everyone. It isn't LEGAL for them to deny warranty or recall claim to subsequent owner unless the vehicle has a blacklisted title (like "salvage").
