Reverse cam there but no mirror harness

So I have an 09 base tacoma. It's prewired for a backup camera and has the backup camera. But not the mirror to display it. I peaked behind the roof panel and don't see a wiring harness in there. Does anyone know if it's hidden elsewhere or where to find where the camera harness goes ?

Dug around further and found the connector in the roof panel. Any recommendations for a mirror ? Oem ones are 2-300 bucks
