And yet if you took that extra $100-200 and automatically sent it to a Roth IRA as direct deposit, you'd be making money with no penalties (unless you tried to withdraw the accrued interest before 5 years). The average annual interest rate over the last 50 years from the S&P 500 is over 10%.

Again, not trying to dissuade you from your tax time comfort zone, but you can do the exact same annual workflow...but earn interest.

No I completely agree and wish I took more interest/knew more into investing. Unfortunately I need every cent, so until my wife can get back to work and we have a more flexible income I'll enjoy my return. haha

In about 6 months when she's back to work, I'll buy you a few beers and pick your brain.

Look I'm no genius at this shit either. I read and learn just like with anything else. But honestly the best thing financially I ever did was get a financial advisor. He makes me 10-50x what I pay him annually. The longer I've been at it with him, the more financial nuggets I pick up. Just trying to play devils advocate with some of you guys. You don't have to have a 6 figure salary to better your odds.

Never paid attention to the warning lights when I turn the key on in our sequoia till today. Anyone know what the little steering wheel and exclamation point light would be for? Wife is out and about so can't check the manual and it's driving me crazy. I'm assuming a tundra would also have it being they are the same thing
    IMG_3042.jpg

Edit: Figured it out. It's for the Electric Power Steering Warning Light

Oooo I got my first one today! Debadged, looks like it might be a custom color or dirty, pretty sure DCSB (might be LB) BAMF and tw.com stickers on the drivers side cap along with a CB radio? Antenna coming out the same side. Gangster lift and tires. Wish I could've got a side profile but you know, driving. (Concord)
