IMG_4842.jpg So I've had my Tacoma for about two weeks now. Took it out to Sandrock in Alabama to mess around on the boulders and go hiking and had a blast. It was only a 2 hour drive there from my house in Georgia and a great way for me to break in the new truck. Got a feel for the suspension on long drives and and small off road sections. My fiancé and I are planning a overland trip for our honeymoon our west. Definitely planning on some upgrades to the suspension mainly just for more ground clearance. Thinking a two inch lift, changing the wheels to 17inch and some 285/70/R17 tires. I want to put a rooftop tent in the back. Looking at some bed rails to mount the tent too. Besides some emergency stuff and recovery, that's it for now. I'm sure I'll want to upgrade more in the future, but I'll focus on that after the honeymoon. I'm new to all this stuff for the trucks and have been reading multiple forums and watching YouTube. Any advice would be appreciated. This build is gonna be slow, just letting you guys know.
