@Qrtrtilt what do you use to trim the fenders without tearing up the paint on the edge and still keeping such a nice solid line? Awesome build btw, pure quality!

Cody and I mounted up my beadlocks today, I got some 17x8.5 Trail Ready HDs. 3.5" bs. They are powdercoated desert sand and rattle canned the rings. All in all it only took the two of us a few hours to mount them. I'm very happy with the fit finish and quality of these wheels, worth every penny!
    IMG_9480.jpg IMG_9479.jpg

I gained about 3" of overall width although hard to tell in these pictures, it is much more noticeable in person.

I thought I had a lot of tire poke! Looks good though. What's your overall track width now?

Thanks Blake, I'm anxious to see your truck in person you've done so much since the last time I saw you!

I have not measured yet, if I were to guess I would say 79" my axle wms is 67 in the front, rims are 8.5" wide minus the 3.5" bs so add 5" to that per side. Plus a conservative 1" each side for the tire comes to 79" aired down with the extra contact will be well over 80"

    She wide.

You'll like the extra width, my last build (4 door JK) was 85" outside of tire to outside of tire and it was so nice on off camber stuff. It was a little sketchy on some of the local shelf road scenic trails we have out here in Colorado, but on the hardcore trails around here and in Moab on the off camber ledges and stuff it was super stable feeling!

I also have a set of 9's (Spidertrax) in the garage that are going to be going under my 4 door 01 Taco once I 'm done building them, my plan is to keep them 69" wms-wms, once you've wheeled with full width axles its hard to go back!

Havent read your entire thread yet, just skimmed through, but what unit bearings are you using on the front axle? I have 4 Timken F350 units right now that were redrilled by Spidertrax to 8x6.5, was wanting to run the Spidertrax unit bearings but cant run selectable hubs with those so just looking for other options if I decide to not run the Timkens. I already have a set of the Yukon Hardcore hubs also, and would like to run them, just researching some compatible options.

**EDIT** Nvm lol, just went back to the first page and saw you're not running unit bearings, you've got Solid spindles/hubs.
