Maybe they foraged somewhere adn found a good stockpile of clothes..zombie fashion!

 

also they didnt kill Rick and gang so thats interesting as well.

 

he's the evil bad guy you love to hate...he better have an epic death whenever that is...

 

I know we assume that the walkers date back to the very beginning of the show, but isn't it possible that a community, like Hilltop or Alexandria became infected which would have given us a whole new crop of zombies?

 

The second in command guy needs to get killed too...hes the one thats getting a Negan complex and seems like he wants to take over.

Oz is correct, as Gabriel starts to drive someone rises up in the passenger seat. I had to watch it again to see it, it's very subtile.

As for the new clan that surrounded Rick and Co. The group that Tara found, was nearly all women and said that the Saviors killed off all of their men and boys and so they packed up their camp and ran off to hide.

Not saying this is the same group, but it could be another just like that (since there are few men) IMO Rick smiles because he's thinking "more folks for our attack"

 

it's that group. Looks like imo anyway. I think Heath hooked up with them then teamed up with gabe to mount an attack.

 

I don't think it's the same group that Tara came across. This group looks much younger for the most part. I think it's a new community that we haven't been introduced to yet. My thought when Rick smiled was that he saw someone he knew, but in watching the preview at the end, it appeared as if they were going through some "trial by fire," so that might not be the case. I do think he saw them as allies against Negan.

Also, I think since the actor that plays Heath is now in another series, he's not going to be on TWD anymore.

And good thing the Saviors were all being entertained with Fat Joey's funeral and forgot to watch the dynamite.
I guess seeing 50 of 1000 walkers blow didn't seem that exciting or else they'd have spotted Daryl.

 

Definitely this. I don't think it's the chick group either. They would have recognized tara. I'm way behind on the comics or else I'd have a better theory.
