This weekend, Trac Off and Check Engine lights came on. They went off all day Monday. Tuesday, they came on for my evening commute and have been on since. This morning I took my truck to the dealer. They squeezed me in for diagnosis. They said the code came up as a bad exhaust manifold. Is this an issue anyone has seen before? I'm curious if it's a one off...

I actually just had the lights come on my truck a few minutes ago with only 200 miles on the ODO. Calling the dealer to schedule first thing in the morning! Did the dealer fix your issue?

It's a long time air/fuel/exhaust system warning. It can be anything from the gas cap loose or a hole in your exhaust. If your local auto part store can't pull a valid code you will have to get the dealer to see what is causing it. Why it throws so many alerts has been a question for over 10 years.
My guess would be a bad/faulty O2 sensor. Ran my '05 4Runner with these lights for almost 5 years. Still ran like a champ but I wouldn't run my tacoma like this for more than a few days.

Did they fix it yet and was it the exhaust manifold?

I got it back Friday. One tech said it was exhaust manifold. Another said it was the catalytic converter. Technically they both are correct as they are one piece, but the actual part that failed was the cat.
