How do they get the LED lights to flicker like that? I seen it on other reviews.

Whole bunch of stuff in my garage
I'm pretty sure it's the rate at which the camera captures frames per second and the rate at which the LEDs fire...or something like that. If you're filming at a a slow motion rate of 94fps or more (HD, UHD), you're going to get flicker. If you're filming at 24/30fps (SD) you shouldn't get the flicker.

Check out The Grand Tour for slow motion footage of the car reviews and they all have flicker. My guess is that, originally, they didn't expect flicker from the new LED lights on cars but it was so cool they made it a signature.

I could also be completely wrong, but maybe I'm not.

My money is on the Raptor being their Truck of the Year.

Auto journalists everywhere have a massive boner for it. Can't exactly blame them for it either.
