I may have to do the fuel filter, I haven't thought about it. But yeah my mpg isn't bad but can be better I'd hope

Ya if you've never done the fuel filter, it could probably use one.
I paid $34 from Earnhardt Toyota on eBay.
I just pulled it up to post the link and they've changed price to $40 lol
It ships fast n free though :notsure:

Well I went to pick up a shell last Friday. @Mad T showed up to the Mod Day the weekend before with one and since I bought my truck with one I've wanted one ever since. So I took about a week to find one. There were a couple in TN and thats about all that would reply to me. None of them were color matched but it wasn't too bad. I kept altering the words on Craigslist (camper shell, truck topper, etc.) and I found a F.S. ad for a truck that said he had a matching topper. "I wonder if he sold the camper yet" I thought to myself. Seeing he didn't post any pics of it, I figured he didn't. Damn was I correct, we went back and forth and he told me it just needed new gas struts, clamps and maybe new locks becasue he didn't have the key. So I asked a price and he said $150. SOLD! No way I could find a better deal that was semi-local. So on Friday me and @bryanbyers28 drove down about 1.5 hours to pick it up! :D

Damn it looks so good too! So then I took it back to Bryan's place to wash it. I stopped by a couple stores and snagged some struts and clamps.

Damn thing was super dirty but hell I couldn't complain.

After that we headed up to a buddies place for the weekend.

The next day we started the activities! :infantry:

Finally got to shoot my guns! It was fun but mine jam'd about half way thru my ammo, so the AR ended short (I have fixed it tho) So I just spent the day shooting my Glock and Colt.

Here are a few other shots throughout the day

Bryan jacking a truck off

Then it hit Sunday and we headed home

Thomas snagged some rolling shots of us

Overall a damn good weekend with some good friends and made a few more. Super excited about my shell too. I'm keeping my RTT but won't be putting it up on the shell because it'll be too high of a COG.

    Thanks for reading!

    Pics curiosity of @Mad T

P.S. I was drinking on Thursday night after school and I have now a new addiction :anonymous:

    More to come :hattip:

You bastard with your pretty, clean, color matched shell.
Have you figured out a solution for mounting the RTT yet?

To mount it onto the shell? I'd go Prinsu cabrac and install it on that. But I don't plan on putting it up there, just need to fab up a new bedrack and go back and forth between the two
