Here you go. I was trying to think of this tool they make just for pulling them. So this would be ideal. And not use washers. I knew that sounded a lil wrong when I was writing it. That was just what I had heard of people doing. But this tool helps to keep it centered while pulling. Idk if they make anything else for pressing(pushing) them in or not. This method is Probly just fine. The way I did it was probably unnecessary. If I had that tool. Which I didn't so I pressed them in instead of trying to use washers and junk.

And first review I read, confirmed using washers is no bueno!

at this point I'd say you need professional help. Have you looked up YouTube videos? Maybe rent the right tool. One of these would work

Pretty much any two jaw puller they would have. Like this one. Preferably one just like this that is adjustable so you can get it over the control arm(iirc). The other smaller fixed ones are good for lower ball joints or tie rods.

Does not look like you've got lug nuts on it yet. Snug those down with at least three lug nuts and see if it still spins.

Take an angle grinder and cut that fucking bolt off. That's what I had to do both sides on mine as they were seized. Sure the bolt will stay stuck on the control arm after it's cut but you're getting rid of it anyway. Then you just take the c clamp tool with the proper cuts and pop out what is left off the spindle. Done.

I just fought my BJ's when i did my UCA install. I did however remove the lower coilover bolt so that the LCA could move more freely. Jack the LCA up so that the BJ is strait in relation to the UCA mount and then beat the piss out of it with a BFH. Neither of mine were a struggle to get them off of the UCA. I did however struggle to remove them from the "spindle" or whatever you wanna call it.
