I like it. Hope it is available on the TRD OR. It will give me another option besides the PRO. I hate the chrome and may not buy Tundra if I do not have a color matched choice.

It's a good addition to the tundras, and much needed for the sequoia. However I think more people are looking for a full redesign.

I'm surprised they haven't done a full redesign of the Sequoia yet to match the front end of the Tundra

Same, given their market for the sequoia isn't all that big but that's only because it hasn't been redesigned. Put a turbo option in it and there goes the explorer/big suv share of the market.

Honestly I think they need to make them longer like the Yukon or Suburban. Once you put that third row up in the Sequoia theres not much cargo room left. Let the 4Runner and Highlander compete against the Explorer and Tahoe

That's honestly a good sentiment that Toyota lacks. With them bringing in the sport cars finally with the LC, Supra, and rebranded GT86 if they increase cargo space and wheelbase that's honest competition and then some against Yukons and subs. It ain't rocket science to figure that out.

Looking to buy a 2018. People are telling me that Toyota is coming out with new engines and trannies in order to improve MPGs. I think it will be 2020 before that happens and even then not sure I want the first year of anything. They could do something earlier by just changing the rear end gearing. Not sure what the final drive ratio is versus the GMs with the 3.27 rear but I am guessing it is not as efficient. I could wait a couple of years but by then my Tacoma will be pushing 150k on the ODO and will be close to needing a new set of shoes. Anyone out there have some insider info?

I thought the video was just about the grill on the Sport. I will watch it. Just watched it and read some comments. I agree with most of the comments. People say Toyota is focusing on the cars but WTF they do not have enough engineers to work on both. I will be looking at GMs and even Titans. Heck the Titan is rated at 20 hwy versus Tundras 17. I would guess that the dealers are all over Toyota to do something.
