I need an inspection station in Rhode Island that will pass me with my slightly too dark window tint. Anyone know anyone? Please PM me! Thanks!

Getting harder to do, because most stations do the Inspection on camera now.

I was told by a reputable local mechanic that all stations are required to use a camera now, unfortunate for sure. I'm looking for that one guy who will submit the videos anyway or somehow another loophole.

This is actually my plan B, plan A is I will buy some clear glass to pass inspection then put my tinted glass back in.

how dark is your tint? Illegal darkness or matched to rear windows?

Any tint on the front windows in RI is illegal

I used to have a couple cars at 15%. Never had much of an issue with the first one. The other car, I was pulled over at night. Had the peel it off on the spot, or risk a $200 ticket.

That was when finding an inspection station to ignore the tint wasn't too difficult. Much harder now that it's on camera.
