Replaced all my injectors a while back, and got rid of the misfires: yay! But... It started needing multiple cranks to fire: huh? Went out to check out the fuel pressure today and discovered that the passenger side front injector is leaking externally...arghh! I smelled fuel when I started it today, and immediately popped the hood and felt the fuel rail damp. The banjo bolt is tight, so I'm going with the front injector as the source (that's where the cool dampness of the fuel is, between the banjo bolt and the injector). Going to have to check the o-ring at the top of the injector, methinks.
I hope this can be done without removing the plenum since it's the right side rail. Close quarters, though!

I just went through this too. Just remove the plenum, its so much easier. You can usually reuse the gaskets and if you unbolt the 10mm bolt towards the back of the fuel rail you can lift the hole thing up with out messing with the banjo bolts.

The injector o rings come in a kit so you might as well replace at least that entire side. Be sure to use some lube on the o rings too when you go to reassemble.
