+12mm will look similar to factory. It equals 5.5" backspace but the wheel is 1" wider so 1" more poke. -12mm will be 4.5"bs so 2" more poke than stock.

You want -12, and calm your tits. 265 will be slightly stretched on a 9 inch wheel

He definetly helped you with that link and the chart. So dont be an ass by asking for help and then going to give him criticism for trying.

I believe the stock off road are like 30mm offset, so -12 will push you out about 1 1/2 or 2 inches. Maybe a tad farther, but it may create some rubbing due to the offset being pushed out. Mine are a 0mm offset and i had to remove the mudflaps and it still rubbed at full lock until i got my lift.

You won't have any bulge to the sidewall with a 265 on a 9" wide wheel, but it won't look stretched. I'd go with the -12 offset and your tread will be about a hair outside the fenders. A +12 will not fit, your tires will be pressed up against your uca's. When your ready for new tires you'll probably want to go up a size or two anyways.

I have the Fuel Vapors 17x9 with -12mm offset. Definitely will rub. I had to remove front and read mud guards on the front wheel well. Tires are Nitto Terra Grapplers G2 265/70/17.
