In my experience with the import tuner world. There are two types of import tuners. The ones who just like it and have the money to pay to have everything done to their car. They tend to be the typical meat head. They know some of the buzz words, but don't really know anything. Then you have the people who are really into it. Do all their own work. Obsesses about every bit of their vehicle and know all about it and every goodie made for it. They talk about it for hours at meets. These people tend to be geeks. With trucks its a bit different. Not quite sure how it works here. I am quite the geek, nerd, whatever... myself. I happily admit it.

I consider myself a nerd with ease! I'm on TW every time I sit at my desk/computer (which is a lot considering I'm an Engineering major, which is 'nerdy' in itself...)

And when I mention to my GF, "I'm on the computer", all I get is, "What are you looking up for your truck now?" I guess it makes sense considering everyday I tell her different things that I want to do to my truck.
