Did you bolt this to the bed rail AND the actual bed itself on the lower portion of the bracket?

Awesome. I have a set too and decided I don't wanna drill into the bed. Seems solid enough just needed confirmation.

What would stop someone from loosening the 4 bolts on the all pro and sliding the entire thing out?

    Plethora of "useless" shit
Just received my AP Hi-Lift mounts this week and love them. Decided I liked how the bare metal looked so I cleared coated them. AP Standard leafs are next as soon as they are back in stock.

Will these mounts work behind the cab?

If you have the track behind the cab, yes they'll work.

The bolts come like that from All-Pro, correct? You didn't drill a hole or anything?

It's a little hard to tell from the pictures on the All-pro site.

I was so jealous of how the All-Pro hi-lift rail mount works on the 2nd gens, I retrofitted the rails to my 1st gen, and added the All-Pro mounts and a 485 Hi-Lift. Here is how it looks.

    Hi%20Lift_zpssxekgusw_632e30647567c3590f5f54b5cc433e2c9bb0b860.jpg

And just the rail/tie-downs on the DS.
