Truck is 2009 prerunner with manual transmission. When I first go to drive the truck when everything's cold, the truck shakes in 1st gear at all rpms. Shift to 2nd and everything is fine. When driving in 4,5,6 gear there is a noticeable vibration in the stick. As well if truck is doing 45-60 and in neutral. Any ideas what it could be?

Checked the mount, everything looked fine, the carrier bearing didn't have much play in it either. Where is the center bearing?
