I am going to lift my tacoma with bilstein 5100s. If I install them in the front and the back with the front at the 2.5 setting how can I ensure the truck will be level?

    It won't be level.

Use a measuring tape to determine what lift you need to be "level."

Measure from the center of the hub to the bottom edge of the fender, and do it on flat ground.

Measure the front and rear of truck. Center of hub to wheel well. What ever the difference from the front to rear is what you need to level. The rears aren't adjustable. You'll have to use a leaf kit to lift the rear.

Keep researching here on TW before making a final decision. You don't want to have your front billies set to 2.5" for several reasons. Keep them at 0 (or .85" at most) and buy the proper coils to give you your desired lift. Seems like you want 2.5 - 3" so you'll need a new leaf pack in the rear as @moondeath states
