Good I guess haha. Got my driveshaft back today all ready to go. Just need to build a bedcage this weekend and should be good to roll. Posted some picks in the bs thread a few days ago.

Its getting there. Still need to do my 90k service. plugs, belt, fluids, (hopefully a regear at the same time) and then figure out this pulley squeal.

The brakes feel good so far! Firm and smooth.

Might try and tackle the pulley's and belt this weekend. Depends on what I find when I remove the belt and inspect the pulley's. Hoping its just an Idler.

    Gates 36173: Upper Idler (x2) - $37 from Amazon, $48 from Oreilly's.
    Gates 36174: Lower Idler - $46 from Amazon, $66 from Oreilly's.
Gates K060837RB: 6 Rib belt - $68 from Amazon (upgrade), or I can get the OEM Gates K070834 7 Rib replacement for $36 from Oreilly's.

Reason for mentioning Oreilly's is just because I could get it all done this weekend. pay a little more, but would love to just have it be done.

What's the plan for the regear? What gears? Are you going to have sierra do everything?

4.56's. Buying them assembled from ECGS and seeing if Sierra will install. If they will, ill see what else they can take care of while its there (plugs, fluids, 90k service)

Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to consider changing your axle seals at the same time if you haven't already

Happen to have access to a borescope? Would be good to have on hand to take a peek inside the cylinders when you're pulling the plugs.

I think I did, pulled off the lid to the charge air cooler and found it like this. The bolt between the two hoses on top of this that your not supposed to remove had worked its self loose leaking coolant over time, I'm changing oil again(20 miles since last change) an all the plugs just to be safe and praying that will take care of all of it. image.jpg
