To be fair...look at the way under cabinet lighting is wired before you hand the cabinets.

No worries....unless you need to put a light where upper cabinet won't hide wiring

Funny story...I put 14/2 wiring for all my undercabinet lighting...only to find out the don't make a puck light that will wire directly.

...assuming these are LED, you wire the luminaries to a low-voltage power supply, which then gets either plugged into an available 120V outlet, or hardwired to a 120V source...

So I could add a receptacle up high against hung cabinets and plug in?
I think I got some homework ahead of me.

do you have an under-cabinet hung microwave?... if so, you've probably got an outlet inside the cabinet above it...

So we got it all poured today , thank god that's over , calculated at 22 yards and they ended up taking back just under 1/2 yard so that worked out well

    5/8 x 8 anchor bolts @ 16" OC in the shear walls , 4' OC everywhere else

8x8 columns that will have 3" round steel posts field welded to them

10x10 column with knife plate for 8x8 wood post

Finished the tv stand today, completing the living room set for now. Might build a bookcase that matches but for now the wife is happy and I earned myself a beer.

We made a deal -- I make the set and the Taco and my tools get the run of the "two car" garage and she parks outside. She drives a company car that gets 3 free car washes and 1 minor detail per month, so I don't feel too bad about it!
