I've used this site for a ton of info, so it just feels right to join the party. I have a 2014 Baja 6 spd manual with the TRD supercharger. This is my dream truck! I spent months looking for this combo after test driving the 2016  finally found it, had to ship it in from NJ. When i bought it it was bone stock with the supercharger.

In truth that clutch was only designed for a stock engine / transmission combination, and under "normal" operating conditions ( standard size wheels and tires, naturally aspired ) most will last beyond 150,000 Mi.
most failures are from excessive slipping.........say stuck in a rut shifting 1st to rev. repeatedly "rocking back and forth " trying to get it unstuck. evidence of this type of failure will be pretty clear when the clutch is removed.
In the early 90's I was able to get assistance for a customer driving a stock vehicle where the Pressure plate had failed, the disc was intact though. Toyota paid for the replacement of the Pressure plate and throughout bearing under warranty, the customer paid for the Disc only ( which showed signs of overheating). The customer was happy, I was happy, MY CSI as Service Manager was 98% or higher year round, and I had a good relation with my factory rep. Policies and Procedures have evolved over the years so I don't know weather this could happen again.
    Just food for thought
    Good Luck
