Please tell me I didn't screw the pooch...

...by using PS fluid instead of Dextron II ATF Fluid today for my steering flush. I don't know why I didn't check my manual first, but I just zipped in and bought PS Fluid on autopilot...

I'm sure I'll be having to flush that shit out....

 

It's fine. If your worried change it out but it will not hurt anything.

 

That's reassuring at least, I'll average out the "You did WHAT?!"'s with the "Meh, you'll be fine."'s and maybe go with that. It wasn't hard, I just hate when I do something w/o checking first...

Worst thing that can happen is some leaks and maybe some whine. Just flush it with Dexron III and you'll be good.
