@Star-Lord here are the pics I mention to you about.

I'm just trying to get the battery relocated to the bed so I can start working on the engine cage. When it comes to wiring I don't have that much experience with it. So I'm posting this to show what I'm doing and to get feed back on If I'm doing it wrong or what I can do to make it better.

I'm running #2 wire that I'm going to crimp and sauter the copper lugs. Connecting to the juntion box with the exsisting wires that are connected to the battery right now.

On the battery side I'm adding those new terminals and running that red wire (because I dont have black, I'll paint it black for now) as a ground to the frame right below where I'm installing the battery.

I'm using claps with rubber on them with self taping screws to mount to the frame. I'll be adding old garden hose where ever the wire touches the frame with zip ties.

When I saw the patch I figured that was what you got me.

Not sure what could be cooler than that.

I finished the wiring for the relocation for my battery to my bed.

    IMG_4719.jpg
this was my first time saudering and making connections like this. Pretty cool.

    IMG_4731.jpg
I have to make some kind of mount for my juction boxes. I just zipped tied it for now.

    IMG_4730.jpg
    IMG_4727.jpg
I wraped both wires with an old garden hose I got from work. I also relocated a ground wire that was conneted from the neg side of the battery to the inner fender wheel. I put in on the inner side of the frame. Hopefully I don't rip it off.

    IMG_4737.jpg
    IMG_4738.jpg
I still have to turn this peice of steel to a mounting bracket to keep the battery from moving.

    Looking good, Ray!

I'm going to be doing something like this at some point, but I'll be relocating behind the passenger seat and running duals.

Cool. Duals will be my goal. After rear suspension. Those copper lugs I found at auto zone for 3.50 for two. Great deal. So you know.

Ok the brackets for my battery box is made. I'm going to drill 3 holes. One in the center for a lock. Then two more, one on each side of the lock hole so I can run small bolts through to squeeze the box tight in the bed. It will have two hinges so I can pull apart the brackets to get the box out if need be. I'm going to do something different this time with paint. I always go black but no this time. I'm going to skuff the metal and clear coat it. I think it will look cool.
