    what are the odds you have access to a Dan Wesson .44 mag? only holsters I can find big enough for it are either thigh holsters or $300+ custom leather holsters. couple of them are built for the 44 mag, but are closed end with a 4'' barrel. I've got the 8'' on it now.

    nothing fancy. going on my belt, outside the waistband. it would need two belt loops, or a single continuous one because of the weight.

    yeah that wouldn't be a problem if I can find one local, so you are fine with an open bottom? I was worried you wanted it to cover the whole gun and was thinkin "that's a lot of kydex" haha I suppose with the dan Wesson you don't want that long of a holster incase u swap to a shorter barrel

    haha, precisely. that's a lot of material, and takes away the versatility of being able to swap barrels. open bottom for sure :thumbsup:

    got a rossi 5 shot .44 mag with a 2" barrel I'm making a holster for this week. ill get a model for it soon

    Got a s&w 638 or 642 or which ever one is the hamerless but all the holsters would be the same so it doesnt really matter what it is if someone needs a holster made. Ill have it till wednesday20170219_135157_HDR.jpg

    I don't "have" anything but I can make one this is the last I made
    [​IMG][​IMG] and I added a sweat guard, that is a $35 holster (the sweat guard was an extra $5 so without one it would be $30) shipping for one or two small holsters like that is $6. I can prolly do about anything tho if you are wanting something a little different just let me know and ill see what I can come up with
