Anyone order from ECG fabrication lately?

Looking to get a grill without cutting found a few I like on here by ECG fabrication but the VM is full and email doesn't not work .....Has anyone ordered from them recently?

I ordered the grille on 12/20, was promised a ship date on 1/6. Didn't receive any order status or tracking after the promised ship date. So I tried emailing him about 3-4 times with no response from him and also tried calling but the VM inbox was full. I actually ended up calling my bank disputing the charge so I can get my money back.

Shortly after the bank disputed the charge, I get an email from him saying there was a delay in the paint shop and it would be shipping out 1/19. It was only after the dispute I received an email from him saying, "sorry for the delay it's the busiest time of the year for them."

I ended up canceling the order. There was a few red flags in my opinion and didn't want to support this type of business practice. I get and understand delays but there was no form of communication between business and customer. lol Hope this helps and beware!

Yes I ordered from them last week and had my order at my door in less than 5 days. Great company. Highly recommend them.
