My wife misses the old GMC Sierra Denali with 6.2L engine but the 6.6L 400 in my old goat will have to do on weekends and car shows. The only lack of balls in this house is my neutered dog and the TurdGen

Front and rear diffs re-geared to 4.88 dirty 30 drive axles. and a rhino pack clutch. Custom exhaust and huge mudflaps!
I hate those fords....There not fast. I pass them at 80mph where they have no power left. I can beat the I force 5.7 tundras also. but i have the s\c and the 7th kit and the 2.0 pulley and re-geared diffs.

As far as the F-150 Ecoboost goes, I had one. Theirs a ton of Turbo lag, the MPG is 14 city, and I was almost overtaken by a 1st gen Nissan Altima off the line.

This is also a comparison of full size vs mid size. The Ford weighs almost 5,000 lbs and needs the power to move. It's also a Ford so I don't expect it to last long.

well you learned a valuable lesson then...don't fuck with old guys.
Ive done a fair amount of racing with bikes/cars mostly up at mid-ohio and down in Spartanburg and although I don't condone street racing I have been guilty of breaking the law once or twice. Any time you fuck with an old guy your asking for trouble. I don't know whether they have nothing left to live for OR they just don't give a fuuuccck but usually they will point to their crotch and show you what no cares really can do :goingcrazy:

Not too good on curbs though. Local news in my area. Someone ran their car up a curb, became disabled. Then as someone pulled over to help, then held them up at gunpoint, took the keys to the helpers car and took off.

Outback XTs were known for issues. They were very cool vehicles--basically a WRX drivetrain in what otherwise looked like an ordinary Outback wagon. But, if you weren't meticulous with oil changes, a screen would plug up and starve the turbo of oil, then kaboom. Shrapenal would get into the block and it wasn't just a turbo you needed to replace at that point.

They got an especially bad rep because older people who wanted a little more power would buy them, would have the frugal mentality, and would run conventional oil a little too long between changes rather than the synthetic every 3000 that Subaru said to do.

That's why you make sure to get the gsx/tsi
Versions. Awd &turbo models control way better than fwd eclipse. Fwd basically a civic.

My awd tsi gsx mixture...is Not reliable. but Handles unbelievable. and once i replaced the turbo, fuel rails..exhaust ect they'll
Eat stock mustangs and the old corvette's
    :rasta:

God created turbo lag to give v8's a chance.
