Hey Kev, quick question regarding this. After removing the two LBJ bolts, you mention being able to swing the spindle off the CV shaft. Just wondering, won't the steering rack and/or sway-bar inhibit the movement? Or is there still enough play in the spindle to accomplish this?

PS... receiving 2 hubs of yours in the mail any day now, looking forward to attempting this.

The spindle will pivot on the tie rod end & you should have enough room without removing the sway bar nut.

    Thank you :)

Yes I'd be able to ship one this week, I have all current orders built and will be building more on Wednesday.

I also include a new CV nut and cotter pin.

    Thanks Kev

New hubs on, not too difficult of an install. Learning how to work on my truck and enjoying it. Just don't forget to put your dust shield back on before bolting the new hubs up.... dummy

CV seal was accessible as you explained, but they are a bit of a bugger to put new ones in while the spindle is wiggling around. Next time I do it, I think I'll just take the extra steps and remove the whole spindle so I can place it on the work bench. Probably quicker than wrestling with it on the truck.

Lastly, anybody ordering these from Canada (Ontario specifically), if your curious about duty fees, I paid $39 each on delivery. Kinda sucks, but still saving a ton compared to what the dealer wants to charge.

Looks good Dan, thank you for the write up and the picture.

Do you know if the fee is based on the sale price of the hub? For future purchases maybe I can stick in invoice in the box with a dollar amount?

Diffs and one of these bearings being installed as we speak! We'll see if your bearings can withstand a weekend in Pismo or not. My passenger side OEM bearing is still going strong

That is a true test. I have built a handful of Prerunners with ARP studs for some Cali guys & they are still going strong

Yeah I'll probably end up ordering a pair with ARP studs at some point. I'm sure I'll need them. Is there any sort of stronger bearing materials that you can source for added strength (and obviously added price), just out of curiousity.
