    waiting for the urd spec headers to get here
    any tips on the install? gonna try to leave the steering shaft together and see if i can sneak it by without

    Well I'm assuming the main issue is the bolt between the two hoses came loose and caused the intercooler to leak coolant into the manifold, because it was loose there was a gap so that's where I'm assuming my issue started.


    Now I have to figure out what I need to use to "glue" it back onto the lid. Then pop off the rest of the SC swap plugs change the oil an give it another go

    I'd assume rtv manifold gasket maker, one good one I've used is permatex "the right stuff"

    Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
    i took the nuts off and re-used them instead of replacing the studs when I put shorties on... but I didn't have any real problem getting the nuts off, I feel like getting the studs out after 200k miles would have been a different story tho

    You don't have to remove it to replace the plugs
