The neighbor was out tearing around on a quad today, so there are some trails around. Looks like I need a dirt bike now:)

All I know is its a 2 car garage townhouse. ~3k square feet, all options. Im not sure what the price range is, but some other houses sold for around $550k with similar details.

Ugh. Why does Ashburn have to be so expensive :(

i guess you have to pay for the nice area and good schools haha

I think @Truggin lives in Purcellville which is still expensive in my opinion, but is significantly cheaper than Ashburn. A townhouse out here goes anywhere from $300-450

@Me. Projekt if you search a little there are still some good deals to be had, a few we looked at we're coming off foreclosure. So they were fixed for the most part but the owners just needed to get out. Take your time and something will just fall into your lap.

Awesome thanks man! I am still torn between keeping the Kings, and putting them up on the forum. I really want to keep them, but don't want the debt. It's still all up in the air if I can even get a UCON (if they ever come out for 09+). I am hoping the afr calibrator fixes my throttle issues. Really need to get that and the afr wideband installed. If you are off next week, I have the whole week off. We are getting our bathroom remodeled and I was volunteered to stay home to babysit. If you are off any weekdays the week of the 27th and want to help, let me know!
Dude, that is amazing. Aldie is beautiful.
Holy crap! A townhouse for 550? Thats more than what we paid for our single family home in 2012. Granted, the market has gone up considerably since then.

    I am off 26, 27, 28. I think @Lots2Learn58 and @90yota and I are going camping on 3/2 - 3/3, and then I am off 3, 4, 5.

I really want to do my ECGS bushing. I am taking my truck to High Tech before March 18, to do auto trans flush and and alignment. And would like to have the ECGS bushing done before the alignment.

Just ordered the bolts from the site you linked. I guess if they are here by next week, want to help me install on the 27th or 28th? If not, I'll take that as a sign that I wasn't meant to keep the kings and will include them with whoever buys em. We could knock out our ecgs bushings as well if you wanted. I think I have leftover 75w90 gear oil from my last fluid change but if not Amazon will hook me up with a quart. Not a lot comes out from what I remember.

yea! lets do it! I have 3 quarts of 75w90 too. I was going to swing by Walmart, because Amazon was telling me that they only have 1 more quart. I wanted to get 3 more, so that I could do the rear diff, front diff, and transfer case.

Oh I thought you already did that. Yeah if you haven't might as well do it then. Especially the front, since it will need topping off. I just did mine at 60k and am at 76 now, so no real need to do mine now.

Don't blame you there. Do you know how much each takes? I can look it up, but figured you probably already had. Rear diff takes quite a bit if I remember correctly.

the front diff is 1.1, T case is 1.6, and rear diff was 3. I think.. but I dont need to do all at your house.

No worries its quick. I have a drain pan and can drain the front diff, then move to tcase and rear diff. The longest part is pumping the fresh stuff in. I don't know why, but it seems like the new stuff in the bottle smells worse than the old stuff coming out.

I think I have the 24mm socket for the drain plug for the rear diff. I will need to double check on the front stuff. And we need to take the skids off
