I like diablo circular saw blades, not sawsall though. I haven't seen their hole saws.

 

I still believe the holesaw is a better tool for that stuff. I use the holesaw all day at work. It's the best for sheetmetal like that and at that angle.

 

They have a Lenox with the arbor for $34 at Lowe's. 3 in stock.

 

I've done it. Drill a million holes and clean it up with a dremel.

I use them also, hardie, sheet metal and wood. Worth the money.

I still remember the first time I saw star wars I was a little boy at my aunt and uncles house. It was a vhs home recording of "a new hope" (at that time it was just "star wars") and it had the beginnings and ends of the commercial breaks and all the while I watched, I got to play with my (much older) cousin's ORIGINAL star wars toys.
