Made this simple platform out of scrap wood. So much better for goods back there.

Can't wait to do this! Any chance you have the measurements kicking around?

Warning... stupid question inbound... I assume TSB stands for Toyota service bulletin? If it does, I don't know of a service bulletin that covers the CV issue, although I haven't specifically researched that. I was having a problem with a cycling shimmy in he front end. Was able to finally figure out it was the CV bearings. I contacted Toyotacare and they said those are covered under the 60k power train warranty. I had 61,045 the day I called... But it only cost about 300 to fix. Seemed to help quite a bit.

I can measure it tomorrow but I can say that its just a plain rectangle with come cutouts for rear seat brackets. I store a plastic tub under behind seat and things can stack so much nicer on the platform

Got my Tacoma '06 a few weeks ago. Basic 4 cylinder with a standard transmission, extended cab with 96K miles. Put air in the spare tire today resulting in the tire inflation light to go out (thanks TacomaWorld). I also put a clamp on the tailgate to help prevent the tailgate from being stolen (another thank you).

Sure, mine too. They tried to slip the costs in there. Not something I was interested in Paying for.

Well I've used plasti dip before never had problems, always a fan because it was easy and cheaper. Well I'm no longer a fan as I tried to dip my badges and then did my grill, the badges came off horrible and peeling everywhere, along with the grill which I didn't even bother to get all the white off the black because it would just peel it. Decided to redo the badges with real spray paint and re-attach them, but keeping the grill on as this summer I will be completing redoing the grill so figured just to keep on for not because I hate chrome. No longer a fan of plasti dip
