    But not exactly. Which makes 31.6 a rough measurement. Which begs the questions, why is the tire being measured so precisely into 100s of an inch? Is this measured with a micrometer? If so, where did he find one that big? At that size, would it be called a macrometer? Are guys with macrometers compensating for other areas? You know what they say about a guy with big feet right? Who is they? What is classified as big in this instant? Is it based on body proportion or just a size number? Who's on first? Why even start on first? Given the option, wouldn't you always go to last first? Wouldn't that make first last? If last is now first and first is now last, because you intentionally skipped first to start on last, does that mean you're done? Would you consequently never go to last? Would that mean first doesn't exist? Do you need a first and last to have an order? If there is no order, can you start wherever you like without fear of being first or last? What is fear really?
