Conditions were meh...crowded as hell. Keystone apparently gets less snow than other mountains in the area. Not my favorite, but no new injuries so overall a good day on the slopes.

The feeling is mutual, bro. I keep reminiscing about that trip we took with Drew up to Hunter Mt. I remember being crammed in the back of your 1st gen access cab, blasting AC/DC for 3.5 hours

We also had an epic day on the slopes as I recall.

Just saw you went to 35s. They look great! Last week I had talked myself into waiting till next year to size up but now you've got me shopping for ucas again.

The snow kinda sucks everywhere right now unless you get into the backcountry. If you want to come to Winter Park sometime I can get you a heavily discounted ticket.

Did you end up setting your gears yourself?

 

I will probably take you up on that since I haven't tried winter park yet. I need to give the knee a rest for a week or two though...I ate shit getting off the lift at breck last weekend and made it worse at keystone this past weekend. Thinking I'll wheel instead for the next few sundays.

I decided not to do my own gears...too important to risk messing up. I took advice from @3378jakesr5 who let me swap through with his spare diffs. I dropped them off and had @thefatkid set them up for me. I just swapped the diffs out.

It's a whole light nicer going over Loveland pass on the 4.56s

 

I barely make it over that in 3rd

 

Just ordered light racing UCAs...time to start shopping for 35s...

Dammit B - should have gone with TC or Camburg or anything but the LR ones. I've personally seen two sets where the welds let go.
Supposedly they "redesigned" them however after seeing that I would never trust them on my truck.

 

I read about the problems with the older ones but also read feedback that they fixed the issues and stand behind their product, so I was willing to give them a chance for $200 less than the TCs. Now you've got me second guessing my decision...do I really want to break shit on the trail and have to listen to Craig say "I told ya so?"

I don't think they shipped yet...could probably call LowRange tomorrow morning and have them cancel the order so I can get the TCs...

Never once. You saved me from putting 4.88s in. You would think that by now I would have learned to call you before making truck related purchases. I now have two sets of uppers on order...
