WeRock Rock Crawling Competition - Congress, AZ - March 4-5, 2017

    http://www.werocklive.com/2016/w-e-rock-west-round-1-march-4th-5th/

Fun event to watch some crazy/talented drivers and spotters crawling on some massive rocks. I've gone out to watch, hangout, and check out some rigs the last 3 years. This year is 2 days and the Dirt Riot racing is another weekend instead of crammed together.

Neat aspect is that most of the courses go up the side of a rocky hillside that surrounds the staging/spectating areas partially. Short walk to cover all the courses or climb up above and look down for another perspective.

I'm almost for sure in for a day trip. @Techoma and I were talking about it and might have both days/camping on the radar. Onsite camping is across the road/tracks in a dirt lot.

$15-25 for entry, I've got open seats in the truck from the west side. Cruise out past Wickenburg and check it out.

    Who's in?!

I'm serious about open seats, it's just highway and a little dirt road, so far from a trail run.

There tends to be a few For Sale signs, so possible rig options are available.

Plus anything in the driveway will add to the illusion at my place. As long as you are insured :bananadead:

I'm def heading to Sedona with the lady friend. Sorry, but that trumps any wheeling.

Heard it was a big turnout and lots of action.

I was feeling pretty crappy when I got up, so I decided to pass. Didn't have any confirmation from anybody either.
