Yep, finally came to a decision :D. Suspension is still up in the air, ideally I would like foxes. Although if a good deal on some used icons or kings pops up that I can afford I could always end up with those :fingerscrossed::bananadance:.

    I'm on Craigslist everyday
Helps that I'm not in a rush. Plan is to do the rear first, currently debating on various bed cage designs I have found & made plus various suspensions:goingcrazy:

Alright, got some stuff done this weekend..... Prepping for the 7th annual Superstition meet next weekend!
    -engine & diff oil
-cleaned and sealed the soft topper
    -installed new coilovers

Little before and after side by side. That 303 aerospace protectant shit works wonders!

Yeah the Trundra brakes are worth it. I've done the EBC tundra brakes with napa calipers. Yes and yes with conversion. Got to give that sexy 1st Gen DC some love. :D

Where are you thinking of mounting it?

Fox has crappy customer service.. just throwing that out there if you ever needed help from them etc

Haha well turns out my soft topper is in the way along the bedsides...otherwise it would fit there perfectly. and I don't want to mount it along the cab side cause I sleep back there & i have no clue how I'd get the nut to the backside of the bed...

Would have to probably take the bed off, or might be able to reach up from underneath. I thought about mounting on the bedside along the top little lip thing but my hi-lift is heavy and those little bedside lips seem kinda flimsy?

Hah yeah I can reach my small hands up the bedsides pretty far but that was crazy tight, I'll have to get under and see if there's room on the cab side. Do you have the factory plastic bed liner? Mine is spray lined so it's tough but I still can't mount anything along the side if I have the topper on. Guess that means I have to get a roof rack and mount it up there

Yea im pretty sure reaching up from the bottom under the truck to attach the hi-lift will yield more room than reaching in from the sides. My bed is line x’d but not the tops of the bedside.. I had to spray than myself with the knockoff stuff:anonymous:
