    It's an in-tank.

Another thing about the sending unit can I use a jaz sending unit with new gauge. Or do I have to use a Toyota one? I don't care about the factory gauge wiring or not if I have another one. I just don't know if that would cause issues with the ECU....

Depends, most aftermarket fuel cells run a "American" style sending unit for the gauge. The shit deal is they run the resistance backwards comapered to Toyota. Your gauge would be E=enough, F=fucked

Make a new filler plate to use the stock parts. You may need to extend it to match the new height of the cell. Fuel gauge works, return is still there, and can add high LPH pump at the same time even without larger injectors or forced induction. Been there done that, easier to reuse stockish parts if your are going to keep the dash and gauge cluster.

IMO get a Harmon or Fuel safe. Jaz are cheap and you get what you pay for.

    http://www.harmonracingcells.com/sloped-bottomtruck.html

If you're still sold on the jaz, pull the foam before you fuel it. The ethanol will break down the foam in a year or less and clog your filters.

And 3 link vs 4 link:

There is no difference if the geometry is setup the same, One upper joint on the axle vs 2.

Did you buy a DD yet?

Yeah sold on the jeepspeed because of the shape. Ok I'll remove the foam and replace with some balls I seen not to long ago. I'll have to look them up again.

The OEM pump is fine for even some boost so up to you really. If you get an aftermarket one, do NOT get a walbro. Fuckin loud bitch of a pump. AEM or Denso is the way to go there.

@thefatkid one more question. Does the charcoal canister need to be mounted horizontal the way it is now or can I also mount it vertical?

Yes. The truck is still a DD. I could get away with links and fuel cell but the truck needs to still pass emissions.

And yet the majority of us live here. It's a lot like SoCal these days. I think the OP is from there as well.

It could mess with valve operation. Though, like anything, try it and see.

    Wiffle balls?

Not needed, if you keep the pump/ fuel level bracket you will be fine.

Could run this to help with the pickup.
