Hey is there option to purchase accessories with them? I am debating go small for the SE line-x or go big with HD line X.

The advantage to going HD is the ability to carry on top. If you don’t need the carry capacity on top it is just extra weight and money. One person can still remove / install the HD by themselves but it is extra weight. A tacoma doesn’t have enough payload capacity to max out the HD when you consider the extra weight of the cover itself. Depending on your model and the calculations it might be enough to just get the SE. I know I want another HD but unlike my old 3/4t will I really put that weight on top like the past? I am sure the 400lb capacity of the SE is more likely than needing the 1600lb of the HD. If I need that much capacity it will go in a trailer.

If you'd like to add in the accessories we can certainly help with that. It depends on what you are looking for. Some of the deep dish cross bins, for instance, are not made for the Tacoma because how our wheel wells are. If you have questions on the accessories let me know I will answer any questions you have on the product.

I've seen several videos on YouTube of guys with 3rd gens and Diamondback covers that have the aluminum crossbins. For example the YouTube video by canadian prepper that's posted on page 1 of this thread.

I'd like to have a cross bin. Any idea if there is in fact one that fits the 3rd Gen Tacomas?

    Thanks

The standard cross bins do work. However they make a 13 inch deep dish that will not.

Thanks. I think I ll order an SE line-x, originally wanted the HD so I can get more mounting spot to mount a ladder but SE will work fine. I am getting the truck over the weekend. It will be my first truck so just want to make sure I am getting the right stuff especially how expensive they are. Thanks again
