Its a bad idler bearing have the same issue in my super charger took it to the dealer for something else and they said your idler bearing needs to be replaced. Its like a 20 dollar bearing you can press in instead of buying the whole pulley

I forget the part number but toyota will have it and if not on the x runner forum a guy just googled the part number and ordered it from a bearing shop so if they say nope gotta replace the whole thing dont do it. To be sure grab a long screw driver and put it up to the pulley and you should be able to hear it. Mine started making the noise after some mud got into the engine bay probably rusted it or something. I still need to replace mine so Im gonna keep an eye on this post. Good luck

looks to me like an m62 ;) and come the cobalt country which ill tell yah theres a coupler in the middle that attaches the bearing to the rotors. from my previous history of the supercharged cars and running both an m62 and m90 as well as a procharger. if its still making power its the coupler, its cracked causing your rotors to move a little which can lead to major headaches, but its fixable hell even GM with have a new one :D

Any updates or others have a similar issue? Going to remove my s/c belt and see if the noise stops. I think the bearing is going bad. Loud squeal.
