Help: Incoming calls on iPhone via Entune

I have an iphone 6s+ with the latest operating system. I believe my Entune is up to date also.

Problem: When I receive an incoming call, and then press the answer button on phone, it defaults to the phone's audio... instead of defaulting to the truck's hand's free speaker phone. It use to default to the truck's audio, but something changed.

Any one got any ideas how to switch this back?

(I tried to search this forum, couldn't find anything).

 

Press the answer button on the steering wheel.

 

That's normal behaviour so that you can take the call "private" and not share it with your passengers. If you want the call to be through the truck's speakers, answer it via the steering wheel button or the button that shows up on the head unit.

 

If you press the phone it switches it back to answering on the phone itself. Either you acknowledge on the entire screen or the steering heel.
